OMG SOMEBODY HELP LOOK OVER HERE SUCKA. :D?

So my little brother who's 12. Always plays call of duty: black ops and gran theft auto until about 4 in the morning. I don't know what to do or my dad and we can't tell him rules because he ends up saying i'll turn it off at 1 but never does until one of us wakes up. Even if hes not playing hes watching tv at 4 in the morning. If he's not doing this he will play with the dog. He doesn't get tired whatsoever. He wakes up at 1-4 p.m in the afternoon and falls asleep pass 4 in the morning. Is there any meds we can give him? Seriously, this is becoming a problem he can't even help himself.
