Marine PLC Officer Program.?

Ive wanted to be a Marine ever since I was 4 and now with my grades and level of fitness, it looks like even have a shot to become an officer. My question though is that Ive read up on the PLC program and it seems that once you finish you can only be a reservist which is NOT what I want to do, I want to be active duty. So if that is true, what commissioning programs allow you to become an active duty officer?
